9 habits of a highly productive person

The best way to change your life is to change your thoughts, feelings, words, and actions.

Everything in the world is governed by very simple rules. You don’t have to go through hardships to be happy, energetic, or motivated.

# 1: Get up early in the morning.

All successful people get up early in the morning. It feels good in the morning. People who get up before sunrise share how their lives have changed and become whole. Try getting up early each morning too. In a month or two, you will regret sleeping for the rising sun.

# 2: Read a book.

If you spend an hour a day watching TV or reading an effective and interesting book on your computer, we are sure that after a while you will become the smartest person in the community. You will find answers to questions quickly and will be interested in communicating with you. Many things will happen by themselves. “A person who doesn’t read a good book is like a person who can’t read,” said Mark Twain.

# 3: Learn to simplify.

Simplification means eliminating useless and ineffective things. Learn to simplify everything that can and should be simplified. It takes time to learn, but in the end, you can achieve positive results. Memories and emotions will be cleared and worries will be reduced. The easier your life, the more you will enjoy it.

# 4: Slow down.

There is no way to enjoy life in constant stress or chaos. Take time to rest and be alone. Listen to yourself and feel your inner self. Focus on what is valuable to you. Get up early in the morning, feel the time of complete silence around you, meditate, and think about things. When you slow down, everything you tried to catch up with will come to you.

# 5: Practice.

Regular and active exercise is the key to good health. You don’t have time to exercise right now, but pay attention to your health and start doing it sooner or later. You don’t have to enter the hall. You can do it at home.

# 6: Repeat every day.

The more you practice, the more specialized you become and the more professional you become. The chances of getting lucky also increase. Luck is the sum of practice and opportunity. It’s hard to express your talent without practice. So by practising, you will be able to show others what you can do.

# 7: Environment is important.

Success depends on the people around you. Surround yourself with positive and energetic people. They will be your supporters, motivators, and helpful counsellors. When you’re about to get depressed, you need to talk to your friends to get back on your feet.

# 8: Have a thank you note.

This practice works wonders. Be thankful for everything you have. Strive for more. Learning to be grateful will give you more reasons to be happy. Each night, before you go to bed, write in your notebook something you appreciate. See what happens next.

# 9: Be consistent.

Edison is said to have failed 10,000 times before inventing the electric light. The famous Walt Disney received 303 rejections from banks on its way to found Disneyland. J. Kenfield, Mark W. Hansen’s Chicken Soup for the Soul was rejected by 134 publishers but eventually became a world bestseller.

Don’t give up, be persistent to achieve your goal!
