The best way to change your life is to change your thoughts, feelings, words, and actions.
Everything in the world is governed by very simple rules. You don’t have to go through hardships to be happy, energetic, or motivated.
# 1: Get up early in the morning.

Regular and active exercise is the key to good health. You don’t have time to exercise right now, but pay attention to your health and start doing it sooner or later. You don’t have to enter the hall. You can do it at home.

Success depends on the people around you. Surround yourself with positive and energetic people. They will be your supporters, motivators, and helpful counsellors. When you’re about to get depressed, you need to talk to your friends to get back on your feet.
# 8: Have a thank you note.
This practice works wonders. Be thankful for everything you have. Strive for more. Learning to be grateful will give you more reasons to be happy. Each night, before you go to bed, write in your notebook something you appreciate. See what happens next.
